Petrucci, Emeritus (1948- 1996), and Dr. Keith Striegler, Emeritus (1989- 1990), at California State University, Fresno Viticulture and Enology Research Center (VERC). Topics covered include raisin production and processing, table and wine grape cultural practices, mechanized vineyard management and harvest, and post-harvest practices.
