Automobile liability laws in America: requirements, means of enforcement, and provisions for liability protection

The purpose is to make a general comparative study of the provisions of the various major laws. It will show the methods or systems by which the states have attempted to enforce these laws. It will also show their attempts to provide means to secure financial ability to respond to the injuries or damages inflicted by the motorists while exercising the privilege of driving on the highways.
