IKEA Development Project

A new IKEA store in the greater Fresno-Clovis Metropolitan area was developed by Key Consulting Inc. The project will be bound by West Herndon Ave and North Riverside Drive. The IKEA structure will include a two-story showroom with a one-story warehouse self-serve area. It has a 400’x400’ footprint, and a green roof that resides on top of the structure. The site will also include an onsite detention pond.
