Clinical supervision: its effect on the role of the principal

The implementation of clinical supervision within a school will require the principal to make changes in his attitude, approach, and acquired skills in order to successfully manage a program of clinical supervision with his teachers in the elementary school. The purpose of this study was to determine the skills and preparation necessary for the principal to acquire in order to successfully fulfill his role in the clinical supervision process.
